Our dear friends Melanie and Eric welcomed number 2 on Wednesday night. 

Trevor is now a big brother to sweet Tensley Grace.

weekend

We had a busy weekend.  We enjoyed Mike and Blake's wedding and an engagement party for Adi and Megan.  I will post pictures later...

Also, Brad's grandmother was admitted to the hospital on Friday.  She is still there and the doctors are doing all they can to make her better so she can go home.  Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.  I will continue to provide updates.



a few of my favorite things (today)

A couple of things I thought I would share...

These fries are amazing!!  I tried to make some myself one time and they would not crisp up.  These were perfect and very flavorful.  I served them Monday with spoonburgers (brown one pound ground beef and add one can drained chicken gumbo soup, ketchup and mustard to taste).  They are like sloppy joe's but so much better!!

I stole this website from Callie @ Calliespondence.  I love their jewelry.  It is super-sad they are going out of business but their remaining inventory is 70% off.  Enjoy!

Saturday night we had a couples shower for Nathan and Allison and their soon-to-be addition, Emerson.  It was so much fun - good food, good friends, good party!

This weekend will be a busy one.  Friday, we have Mike and Blake's rehearsal dinner and their wedding on Saturday at noon.  And then an engagement party for Megan and Adi later that night.  Good times!

anniversary trip

We have booked our one-year anniversary trip!!  We figured - do it while we can!

We have booked a royal suite at the St. James Club in Antigua for June.  We are so pumped!  Gotta love the all-inclusive deals.  :)
