Mary Van's 2nd

Mary Van turned two on January 12. On her actual birthday, she celebrated with cupcakes with her class at daycare. I couldn't make it to celebrate with them. In the future I will do breakfast so I can be there!

Papa came to visit and brought a Mary Van-sized Minnie Mouse.
On January 23, we had her birthday party. And it snowed! She had a blast playing the little that stuck.

The theme for her family birthday party was 'Cute as a Button.' I made some buttons out of ribbon and paper plates as a backdrop for her pictures.
Due to the snow, the Pennsylvania 5, Atlanta 7 and Athens 2 couldn't make it. We missed them!
Delicious cake made by Carrie Wolfe
We had cheese, snack mix and an edible arrangement.
Trying for the perfect shot. ;)

This Bailey Boys outfit is so stinking cute. She was not a fan of all the bows though. Haha.
We also revealed the gender of baby #2. This is the blue team
And the pink team.
Mary Van pulled open a Pinata full of blue kisses and baby items. It's a boy!!
We will welcome Worth William Shingler in early June.
BB's maiden name is Bloodworth (hence Worth) and Papa is William (Bill).
We are so excited!!

MV will be the best big sister!
Happy birthday to the light of our lives!!
