We had a busy Memorial Day weekend. Brad and I had tickets to Papa's banjobque here in Evans. On Friday, we met up with our crew and went to see the Avett Brothers. We planned to take Mary Van out there on Saturday for a few hours but it was hot and we had plenty to do to get ready for MV's baptism on Sunday. We made it back out Saturday night for Blue Dogs, Leftover Salmon, The Whiskey Gentry and Old Crow Medicine Show.
The baptism is a separate post but on Monday, we hosted our first pool party! The Collins', Griffins, Bowens, Doziers, soon-to-be Harisons, Rigsbys, Jay and Jason were all there to help us celebrate.
