I had a lot of broccoli that I needed to do something with so I made this 'skinny' casserole. It was very good!
I didn't make many changes to this one. Instead of dirtying another pan though, I just put the broccoli in the casserole dish and made the sauce in the same pan. I just used an extra large casserole dish so I could stir everything together in it.
