I love trout and have been dying to cook some lately. I picked these filets up at Fresh Market and we really enjoyed this almondine. (I made baked okra to go with it but I wasn't super-happy with it so I will keep trying before I post that recipe. Flavor was good but they were dry, especially after they cooled off.)
I followed this one as written. My favorite is trout in a brown butter sauce but that is not so healthy. :)
